This cooling mint, lime and cucumber water is a refreshing, caffeine-free drink for warm evenings, and it takes five minutes to put together. Here is exactly how to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint
  • 1 lime, juiced, plus a few slices
  • 1.5 litres cold water
Method

  1. Add the cucumber, mint and lime to a large jug.
  2. Top with cold water.
  3. Chill for an hour.
  4. Sip through the evening.

Tip: Make it the night before and keep it in the fridge for up to 24 hours. The flavour deepens as it sits.
