This watermelon and mint cooler is a naturally sweet, hydrating blended drink for warm evenings, and it is ready in five minutes. Here is exactly how to make it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed (seeds removed)
  • A small handful of fresh mint
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Ice, to serve
Method

  1. Blend the watermelon, mint and lime until smooth.
  2. Pour over ice.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.

Tip: Freeze the watermelon cubes first for a slushie version, or top with sparkling water for a spritzer.
